Ingredients

250g 00 flour

250g strong bread flour

9g dried yeast

5g white sugar

50ml Chilli Charm garlic oil

360ml room temperature water

15 g salt

1 bunch fresh rosemary

Method

1, mix water, sugar, oil and yeast together and leave aside for 5 minutes

2, Add all other ingredients into a separate mixing bowl and mix well with your finger tips

3, make a well in the middle of the flour mix and pour the water mix in the middle of the well

4, mix well with your finger tips, the dough will feel very wet to begin with

5, As the dough starts coming together flour your work surface and tip your dough out of the bowl and knead. Try not to add too much flour otherwise the dough will become dense.

6, knead the dough for at least 6 minutes until it becomes bouncy to the touch. Place the dough back into the bowl and cover with a damp cloth for 1 hour.

7, Grease a deep baking tray generously with garlic oil and tip your dough into your tray.

8, flatten your dough into your tray using your finger tips, once your dough has reached each corner of your tray stop. Finely chop your rosemary and sprinkle on top of your dough.

9, leave your dough uncovered for 1 hour to allow your dough to prove for one hour

10, pre heat your oven too 180 degrees celsius, lightly drizzle some confit garlic oil on top of your dough.

11, Bake your dough for 20-30 minutes until golden. leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
